1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery (Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to all standard orders across Pakistan. (Free shipping on Buying 3 items).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan. Payment must be made in cash to the delivery rider at the time of parcel delivery.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.
5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it via WhatsApp +923239574038 or email at
ajtexembroidery@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
