ZEYLORIA – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all standard orders across Pakistan. (Free shipping on Online Checkout).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan. Payment must be made in cash to the delivery rider at the time of parcel delivery.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.

5. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it via WhatsApp +923239574038 or email at ajtexembroidery@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
